Antigravity and Gemini CLI are different runtimes: the first is an IDE with a config-file MCP merge; the second is the CLI whose away path is a headless one-shot. They share the same GEMINI.md pointer.
Agent harnesses¶
A harness is a chassis the agent inhabits — a resident gateway, a plugin kernel, a turn-based scope, or a persistent mind — not an editor window. OpenHands appears in both tables because it is a coding CLI and an autonomous harness. Headlong has no MCP: mail is a host-side bridge into a mind that is already thinking.
